Q: Why can’t I book an appointment?

A: If you’re having trouble booking an appointment internally, try clearing incomplete appointments, making sure a room is available, and double-checking that your rooms and employees are connected. You can find more details on the Help Center.

Q: How do I change a staff member’s schedule?

A: Go the Schedules tab in your account, then click on Employee Schedules. Select a date range from within the calendar and then click on the employee whose schedule you want to change. Make your adjustments and the click Save to update.
