GramercyOne Launches to Capitalize on SpaBooker Success

SpaFinder Spins Out Booker Technology Platform to Service New Verticals

New York, NY - November 10, 2010 - GramercyOne, LLC is launching today to expand the SpaBooker business management and marketing platform into verticals beyond the spa industry, where the cloud-based software product gained significant market share since launching in 2008. Originally developed as a division of SpaFinder, Inc., the world’s largest spa media and marketing company, thousands of spas and wellness businesses worldwide have signed up with SpaBooker since inception. GramercyOne will now capitalize on SpaBooker’s success, creating a suite of Booker brands with customized functionality for clients in a number of different verticals including spas, salons, fitness centers, integrated health & medical practices, hospitality, and activity-based businesses.

In just three years, SpaBooker evolved into the SaaS provider of choice in the spa industry and found applicability of its subscription based application in other verticals. “As more non-spa related businesses approached us to license the product, we decided to maximize its potential by creating a new company, GramercyOne, to develop and commercialize market specific Booker products” said Pete Ellis, CEO, SpaFinder and Chairman, GramercyOne.
