Title Data Specialist (Temp)

Booker is transforming the way local services are managed by businesses and discovered by consumers. Booker replaces everything from manual methods to disconnected software, and unifies the essential components of running a service business into a single web-based platform, accessible from any device. Booker also enables service business to sell their services online, through their website and a network of partner sites and apps, creating a seamless online booking experience for consumers. Booker processes over 3M appointments each month across 9000+ clients in 75 countries. Headquartered in New York City, Booker’s customers include Fortune 500 companies as well as thousands of local service businesses.

In this dynamic role, the ideal candidate will be responsible for answering emails directed to the Data Team, assigning cases to members of the Data Team based on their specialization, converting databases received from new and live clients using processes setup by the DBAs and Data Team, exporting batch reports for clients, contacting clients for scheduled data extraction assistance and consultation, and investigating new competitor software for new processes for data extraction.

 Daily tasks include:


- Answering emails directed to the Data Team

- Assigning cases to members of the Data Team based on their specialization

- Converting databases received from new and live clients using
processes setup by the DBAs and Data Team

- Exporting batch reports for clients.

- Contacting clients for scheduled data extraction assistance and consultation

- Investigating new competitor software for new processes for data extraction



Ongoing tasks include:

- Strategizing new ways to improve the efficiency of the Data Team
through new projects and updated processes.

- Writing new resource material for the Data department on MyBooker

- Updating and rewriting SQL scripts for conversions based on new or
updated competitor databases.

- New hire training on the Data Team's role in Booker.

 MUST HAVE A COMPUTER SCIENCE DEGREE AND GOOD EXCEL SKILLS (SQL a plus not a must)

Title Onboarding Coordinator (Part Time)

In this entry-level role, Implementation Support Specialists will work in a partnership to build and train accounts to be successful. are software and customer relations experts who strive to provide a seamless implementation process. They ensure there is constant communication between the teams and their accounts. During this time, Implementation Support Specialists should be able to identify the current status of the account as well as what is required to get them live.

  • Salesforce.com experience is highly desired. Certifications or coursework in Salesforce.com earn extra points.

As Booker’s Partner Program Manager, you’ll be responsible for creating and executing on programs that excite and grow the Booker Referral Partner community.  This role engages in constant communication with both internal and external stake holders, collateral creation, recruiting and training new partners, with constant enablement and operational support.  In addition, this leader will be responsible for resource budgeting and planning along with daily coaching of the team.

Additional duties/responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing and managing a strategic marketing plan that supports Booker and Frederick’s expansion through partners.
  • Ability to think through our complete customer lifecycle and make recommendations for scaling through the partner channel. 
  • Creating an ideal partner profile and leveraging their assets to drive growth.
  • Track all contributions by channel and manage individual commission structure for partners.
  • Brainstorm innovative new products and marketing activities that will help differentiate the brand and drive business goals.

Experience 2-4 years experience in managing a channel partner program.

  • Experience managing in a fast-paced, high performance culture is preferred
  • Highly motivated to exceed individual and team goals
  • 2+ years of working in a SaaS environment, preferably with Small Businesses
  • Sales B2B sales, marketing, field marketing, sales support, or channel management is preferred
  • Able to execute with a variety of sales and marketing concepts, practices, and procedures
