We are currently looking for a contract to possible perm recruiter that can hit the ground running and assist with filling some of our current positions in NY and AZ. This will be a three month contract to start and requires that you be located in-house in either NY or AZ as this is not a remote opportunity. The right candidate for this role is fearless and will tackle obstacles head on, has a minimum of 2 years experience in recruiting, knows how to close a candidate, and has experience recruiting across all disciplines.
In this department you need to work well both as a team and individually. A large portion of your day will be spent talking to candidates; we're looking for someone that can handle these calls with grace, a sense of humor and a thick skin.
