To help fuel our continued growth, we recently raised a $27.5M round of financing lead by Bain and Steve Case’s (founder of AOL) Revolution Ventures. Since then, we are proud to have tripled our team to 200+ Bookers and doubled our customer base to 5,000 businesses in just the last 12 months. We also expanded our California office and moved into our snazzy new headquarters in lower Manhattan–two floors and 30,000 sq. ft. of Bookers working and playing hard with your standard startup accoutrement: 2 ping pong tables, a putting green, a foosball table, and more.
We are currently looking for nothing less than a rock star to be our next Implementation Coordinator in our New York office as a key member of the Customer Experience department.
The Implementation Coordinator position will report to the Senior Manager of Implementation. Selected candidate will be working on projects with the Customer Experience team. We need someone who is very tech savvy, has great communications skills and can assist with many different admin functions at once. We are always looking for bright, college educated team players who are organized and process oriented. Within our team, everyone helps out with things as needed, providing hands on opportunities to learn about our business and how it operates. This is a full-time employment opportunity which includes paid time off and benefits.
- Merchant Processing – Setting up accounts. Follow-up with all internal departments. Support all teams with client questions and issues.
- Client Accounts – Assigning Accounts to implementation teams at the direction of the Senior Manager.
- MailChimp – Coordination and set-up of client accounts. Provide support to these accounts.
- Equipment – Ordering and follow-up
- Other duties as assigned
- Strong MS Office and Excel Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills
- The ability to learn new software skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Critical thinking is required but patience is a plus
- The ability to work in a team environment
