Announcing Booker Version 9.0
Booker 9.0 has finally arrived! We’re proud to announce the latest version of our platform. This release includes a bunch of new features, enhancements, and bug fixes that result in an improved experience for new and experienced Booker users alike:
Customer Fields: We’ve rebuilt Custom Fields from the ground up. With the new and improved Customer Fields, Enterprise and Unlimited users can completely rebuild the layout and content of their customer profiles. Capture virtually any piece of customer data you want, and organize it in a way that makes the most sense for your business.
Ultra-Flexible Classes, Categories, and Service Types: We scrubbed the “Classes” category, and instead, gave you the ability to turn any service in any category into a class, making it easier for your customers to book the appointments they want. For example, if you offer a Cardio Hip Hop dance class, we changed the category from “Class” to “Dance.” There are more specific subcategories to choose from like “Hip Hop” or “Modern Dance.” Booker customers always ask for more flexibility over service categories, so we’re extra excited to roll this one out.
Smarter Clipboard: This release boasts an improved clipboard, making moving appointments hassle-free. Linked appointments, packages, and couples appointments move without any hiccups. Plus, we’ve prevented double-booking by making appointments changed via the clipboard obey rules for room capacity.
Clean Product Labels: We adjusted the font and margin sizes for product labels so longer product names print correctly.
Improved Inventory Management at the Brand Level: We’ve continued the momentum for our multi-location accounts and added small details in the Products tab to ensure a polished experience for all locations.
